The posting

Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de obra con disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional y experiencia en la gestión integral de proyectos de construcción civil, especialmente rehabilitación de estructuras, para unirse a nuestro equipo. Será responsable de supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la ejecución de la obra a nivel nacional, desde la planificación hasta la finalización del proyecto. Las principales responsabilidades son:

Gestión de obra: Planificar, organizar y controlar todas las fases de la obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y estándares de calidad establecidos. Planificación de obra: Desarrollar y actualizar los planes de trabajo, coordinar los recursos necesarios y establecer los procedimientos de ejecución. Ejecución de obra: Supervisar y dirigir a los equipos de trabajo, garantizando la correcta ejecución de las actividades según los procedimientos y especificaciones técnicas. Gestión de equipos: Liderar y motivar a los equipos de trabajo, fomentando la colaboración y el compromiso con los objetivos del proyecto. Supervisión del personal: Coordinar y supervisar las tareas del personal a cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y el desarrollo de las competencias del equipo. Prevención de riesgos laborales: Implementar y hacer cumplir las medidas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, velando por el bienestar de los trabajadores. Gestión de materiales: Coordinar la adquisición, almacenamiento y distribución de los materiales necesarios para la ejecución de la obra. Seguimiento de obra: Monitorear el avance de la obra, identificar y resolver problemas, y generar informes periódicos para la dirección del proyecto. Gestión de proyectos de construcción: Aplicar metodologías y herramientas de gestión de proyectos para garantizar el éxito de la obra. Supervisión: Supervisar y controlar la calidad de los trabajos.
