Als jeugd- en gezinswerker binnen het Kempenteam voor Jeugdhulp (KTJ) werk je met de meest complexe en risicovolle casuïstiek. Je combineert regie en uitvoering: waar mogelijk bied je zelf ondersteuning, waar nodig organiseer je passende hulp. Je werkt altijd systeemgericht, met oog voor het netwerk rondom het gezin en gericht op duurzame verandering. Naast je uitvoerende rol ben je actief betrokken bij de doorontwikkeling van onze werkwijze. Over de organisatie Wij zijn een professionele, platte samenwerkingsorganisatie gericht op een goede dienstverlening aan de ruim 93.000 inwoners in de Kempengemeenten (Bergeijk, Bladel, Eersel, Oirschot, Reusel-De Mierden). Samen met ruim 200 collega's richten we ons op de uitvoering van de dienstverlening op het vlak van het sociaal domein, vergunningverlening, toezicht & handhaving en het shared service center. Onze focus ligt op de mensen: cliënten, medewerkers en inwoners. Binnen CJG+ werken we met vier teams: Samen Doen, Toegang, het Lokaal Ondersteuningsteam (LOT) en het Kempenteam voor (KTJ), ondersteund door een staf met gedragswetenschappers. Samen bieden we ondersteuning binnen het vrijwillig kader van de Jeugdwet: van eerste vragen tot complexe en risicovolle situaties.
