Buurtzorg Jong Wil jij écht het verschil maken voor kinderen en hun gezinnen? Ben je praktisch, betrokken en werk je graag samen aan blijvende verbeteringen in de opvoed- en opgroeiomgeving van een kind? Dan zoeken wij jou als jeugd- en gezinswerker (HBO/WO) voor 28 uur per week in ons team Zaltbommel Dorpen West. Wat ga je doen? Wij zoeken een bevlogen jeugd- en gezinswerker die samen met ons het verschil wil maken voor kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen in Zaltbommel. Je bent iemand die graag dichtbij gezinnen staat, goed kan luisteren en houdt van praktisch, oplossingsgericht werken. Bij Buurtzorg Jong ondersteunen we gezinnen op een manier die écht past bij hun situatie. Soms help je een gezin tijdelijk op weg, soms werk je samen met het netwerk of de school aan een bredere aanpak. Je kijkt verder dan de vraag van vandaag en denkt mee over wat nodig is om een veilige, stabiele basis te creëren. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het versterken van de pedagogische omgeving in onze dorpen. Samen met collega's en lokale partners organiseer je preventieve of collectieve activiteiten. En wanneer specialistische hulp nodig is, geef jij een zorgvuldig en onderbouwd advies aan de gemeente. Wie zijn wij?
