Als jeugd- en gezinswerker bij Stichting ZO! ben jij degene die naast ouders en kinderen staat, overzicht brengt en samen met hen zoekt naar oplossingen die passen bij hun situatie. Je gaat op huisbezoek, luistert zonder oordeel, brengt de hulpvraag en situatie in kaart en kijkt samen met het gezin wat nodig is. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat er moeilijk gaat, maar juist ook naar wat wél goed gaat: de eigen kracht van het gezin, het netwerk en de mogelijkheden in de omgeving. Een baan waarin je zelfstandig werkt, volop ruimte krijgt om je expertise in te zetten én iedere dag merkt dat jouw werk ertoe doet. Dat is werken bij Stichting ZO! Over Stichting ZO!
