- Programma's - Bescherming & Opvang Jeugdarts 12- Wij zoeken jou! voor inwoners, met gemeenten - Werken bij de Regio - Jeugdarts 12- - GGD - Jeugd en Gezin - Rayon Huizen/Blaricum/Laren - Parttime (24 uur) - WO - 5369-7253 - schaal 12 - Nog 100 dagen Delen Jeugdarts 12- Een afwisselende dag vandaag! Je begint de ochtend met een spreekuur op het consultatiebureau. Je ziet Lucas van 14 maanden met zijn ouders. Je vraagt hen hoe het gaat en waar ze het vandaag over willen hebben. De telefoon wordt erbij gepakt en samen bespreek waar de prioriteiten liggen en help je de ouders op weg. Daarna onderzoek je Lucas en geef je voorlichting en vaccinaties. Naast Lucas zie je vandaag ook nog kinderen en hun ouders uiteenlopend van 4 weken tot 12 jaar. Na het spreekuur overleg je met de jeugdverpleegkundige van je team over situaties die belangrijk zijn om af te stemmen. In de middag heb je een afspraak met school, je overlegt met leerkrachten en denkt mee. Een huisarts vraagt of je morgen tijd hebt voor een kort contact. Naast je spreekuur staan er weer leuke activiteiten in je agenda! Wat zijn je taken en verantwoordelijkheden Samen met jeugdartsen, verpleegkundig specialisten, jeugdverpleegkundigen, dokters- en consultatiebureau-assistenten geef je uitvoering aan het Basispakket Jeugdgezondheidszorg. Vanuit sociaal-medisch perspectief ondersteun je bij het gezond opgroeien en opvoeden van kinderen. Hierbij signaleer, analyseer, beoordeel en monitor je de groei en ontwikkeling van het kind. Je anticipeert op gezondheidsbedreigingen en geeft preventieve voorlichting, advies en (opvoed)ondersteuning. Waar nodig verwijs je rechtstreeks naar de tweede lijn, volgens landelijke en regionale afspraken. Ook verleen je zorg op het speciaal onderwijs, aan nieuwkomers op taalscholen en aan instromers op internationale schakelklassen. Het verbeteren en vernieuwen van de kwaliteit van zorg en onderzoek op het gebied van de jeugdgezondheidszorg ...
