Afhankelijk van de vraag van de opdrachtgever werk je als individuele professional of als onderdeel van een BMC-projectteam aan het ontzorgen van de organisatie. Welke vorm het ook heeft: jij pakt de inhoudelijke regie in complexe gezinssituaties waarin de veiligheid van het kind onder druk staat. In deze rol stelt jouw vakmanschap je in staat om gezinsplannen op te stellen, regie te voeren op het hulpverleningsproces en intensief contact te onderhouden met de betrokken ketenpartners en de rechtbank. Je treedt op als representatief aanspreekpunt namens BMC en weet met daadkracht en scherpe analyses knelpunten om te zetten in duurzame oplossingen. Het wegwerken van wachtlijsten, het opvangen van tijdelijke piekbelasting of het duurzaam versterken van een organisatie: jij zorgt voor de gewenste maatschappelijke doorbraak. Functie-eisen - Dankzij jouw geldige SKJ-registratie (of de mogelijkheid deze op korte termijn te behalen) borg je direct de professionele en inhoudelijke kwaliteitsnorm binnen uitdagende gezinssituaties. - Met jouw analytisch vermogen zie je snel de kern van complexe gezinssystemen, leg je verbanden en vertaal je knelpunten naar een helder en effectief gezinsplan. - Dankzij jouw heldere communicatieve vaardigheden weet je in begrijpelijke taal de verbinding te maken, ook in situaties met weerstand of gedwongen kader. - Door jouw accurate verslaglegging en scherpe juridische onderbouwing zijn besluiten altijd helder geregistreerd en toetsbaar voor de rechtbank. - Doordat je resultaatgericht werkt en stev...
