Wij zoeken een ervaren jeugdbeschermer die ons team in Eindhoven kan ondersteunen! Wat ga je doen? Als jeugdbeschermer bij William Schrikker Jeugdbescherming & Jeugdreclassering heb je een cruciale regierol in het samenwerken met gezinnen, ketenpartners en andere belangrijke stakeholders. In deze betekenisvolle rol houd je in de gaten of de situatie stabiel blijft of verbetert. En als het verslechtert grijp je in, zodat de kinderen altijd zo veilig mogelijk kunnen opgroeien. - Begeleiden en regisseren: Je hebt oog voor wat gezinnen nodig hebben, voert stevige gesprekken en biedt duidelijke begeleiding. Complexe problematiek en andere pittige casussen zijn eerder regel dan uitzondering. - Balans: Jouw werkweek is balans zoeken tussen fysiek aanwezig zijn bij gezinnen, maar ook het bijwerken van dossiers. Je hebt direct contact met mensen en je zorgt dat alle informatie goed wordt gedocumenteerd voor een vervolg. - Samenwerken : Je schakelt veel met collega's en ketenpartners zoals Gemeenten, Politie, het OM en andere partijen zoals onderwijsinstellingen. Samen zorg je voor een effectieve aanpak en dat iedereen vanuit zijn rol hier optimaal aan bij kan bijdragen. Hoe ziet het team eruit? Het team in Eindhoven is een ervaren, stabiel en energiek team. We houden van aanpakken, zijn recht door zee, staan altijd voor elkaar klaar en delen onze inzichten in uitdagende casuïstiek.
