Opdrachtomschrijving De opdracht wordt uitgevoerd onder leiding en toezicht van de gemeente. In verband met een beoordeling conform de Wet DBA wordt deze specifieke opdracht gekwalificeerd als werkzaamheden die plaatsvinden binnen een (arbeids)gezagsverhouding. Daarom is inzet op basis van een arbeidsovereenkomst of een daarmee vergelijkbare rechtsverhouding passend. I.v.m. verminderde personeelscapaciteit zijn wij tijdelijk op zoek naar een Jeugdconsulent voor team Jeugdhulpverlening. Jeugdhulpverlening richt zich op de uitvoering van maatregelen die tot doel hebben dat de jeugd gezond en veilig opgroeit in de gezinssituatie, dat de jeugd zich maximaal kan ontwikkelen en dat ouders/opvoeders zelfredzaam en zelfstandig zijn. Het team bestaat uit 27 jeughulpverleners/jeugdconsulenten en werkt in gebiedsteams: Amstelveen Noord en Zuid en Aalsmeer. Voor het team in Aalsmeer zoeken wij versterking. Je standplaats zal voornamelijk Amstelveen zijn, maar de huisbezoeken zullen plaatsvinden in Aalsmeer. Samen met de inwoner wordt bepaald wat er nodig is om het einddoel te bereiken. Je bent een procesregisseur, die onderzoek uitvoert naar de best passende jeugdhulp voor jeugd en gezinnen. Je werkt systeemgericht, oplossingsgericht en netwerkgericht en hanteert een integrale aanpak. Vragen via loket, scholen en huisartsen komen binnen bij een vast team per gebied.
