Als jeugdconsulent in de omgeving van Amsterdam speel je een cruciale rol in de ontwikkeling van kinderen en jongeren. Samen met gezinnen en scholen zet jij je in voor maatwerk in hun ondersteuningsbehoeften. Je bent een verbindende factor die werkelijk impact maakt op de toekomst. Hier kun je jouw kennis en empathie dagelijks toepassen om een verschil te maken. Wat ga je nog meer doen: - Intakegesprekken voeren met jongeren en hun gezin. - Hulpverleningsplannen opstellen en evalueren. - Crisisinterventies uitvoeren wanneer nodig. - Workshops geven over relevante thema's. - Samenwerken met scholen en zorginstanties voor de beste ondersteuning. Wat bieden wij jou: - Een salaris tussen de €3184,- en €4576,- (op basis van 40 uur); - Eindejaarsuitekering; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer; - De mogelijkheid om hybride te werken; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden met behulp van de Maandag Academy. Deze beschikt over veel opleidingen en cursussen Functie-eisen - Je bezit een hbo-diploma Social Work of Pedagogiek. - Je hebt ervaring (minimaal 2 jaar) in een vergelijkbare rol. - Je kent de Jeugdwet en belangrijke regelgeving. - Je combineert communicatieve sterkte met veel empathie. - Je functioneert goed zelfstandig en in teamverband.
