Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Deelname aan de telefoondienst van 09.00 tot 11.00 uur voor het beantwoorden van vragen van inwoners over jeugdhulp en het geven van advies. - Beantwoorden van e-mails met hulpvragen van inwoners en hulpverlenende instanties. - Analyseren van hulpvragen en adviseren van gezinnen over passende jeugdhulpverlening. - Inschatten van de veiligheid bij zorgmeldingen. Eisen: - Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau in de richting van Social Work, Pedagogiek, SPH en/of MWD - Aantoonbaar in het bezit van een geldige SKJ-registratie - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar als jeugdconsulent bij een gemeente of gemeentelijke organisatie - Aantoonbare werkervaring met regievoering en samenwerking in een (lokaal) zorgnetwerk - Kandidaat is bereid om de eerste 2 maanden volledig op kantoor te werken - Beschikbaar om te werken op woensdagen Wensen: - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het zelfstandig behandelen van jeugdcasuïstiek binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met de Jeugdwet, jeugdhulpverlening én indicatiestelling binnen een gemeente - Aantoonbare werkervaring met regievoering en samenwerking in een (lokaal) zorgnetwerk - Aantoonbare werkervaring met regionale samenwerkingsverbanden - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar met Suite4sociaal domein binnen gemeenten Competenties: - Communicatieve vaardigheden - Stressbestendig - Analytisch vermogen - Overtuigingskracht Is dit een opdracht voor jou? ...
