Je behandelt complexe hulpvragen en werkt samen met collega-consulenten, de gedragswetenschapper en andere betrokken professionals. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt volgens bestaande werkprocessen en werkafspraken en zorgt samen met het team voor een goede afhandeling van hulpvragen. - Ondersteunen bij de aanmeldlijst. - Overnemen en afhandelen van complexe casuïstiek van collega's. - Inbrengen van casuïstiek tijdens het casuïstiekoverleg of bij Triage. - Werken volgens de geldende werkprocessen en werkafspraken. - Samenwerken met collega-jeugdconsulenten en de gedragswetenschapper. - Waar nodig schakelen met andere betrokken professionals. Wie ben jij? Je bent een ervaren jeugdconsulent die zelfstandig kan werken en goed kan samenwerken. Je hebt ervaring met complexe casuïstiek en weet hoe je moet handelen in situaties waarin snel schakelen nodig is. Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt kennis van de verantwoordelijkheden binnen het jeugddomein, waaronder de Meldcode. Eisen - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als jeugdconsulent, bij voorkeur binnen een gemeente. - Ervaring met Suite. - Geldige SKJ-registratie. - Ervaring met complexe casuïstiek. - Kennis van de verantwoordelijkheden binnen het jeugddomein, waaronder de Meldcode.
