Startdatum: 19-10-2026 Einddatum: 15-03-2027 met optie tot verlenging Uren per week: 32 Organisatie De gemeente Amstelveen zoekt tijdelijk een Jeugdconsulent voor het team Jeugdhulpverlening, in verband met verminderde personeelscapaciteit. Het team zorgt ervoor dat kinderen gezond en veilig opgroeien, zich maximaal kunnen ontwikkelen en dat ouders zelfredzaam zijn. Je versterkt het gebiedsteam in Aalsmeer. Je standplaats is voornamelijk Amstelveen, de huisbezoeken vinden plaats in Aalsmeer. Functie Als procesregisseur onderzoek je samen met de inwoner welke jeugdhulp het best past en wat nodig is om het einddoel te bereiken. Je werkt systeemgericht, oplossingsgericht en netwerkgericht. - Aanvragen voor jeugdhulp oppakken, zowel Zorg in Natura als PGB; - De hulpvraag analyseren via observatie en in dialoog met het gezin; - Perspectiefplannen opstellen en tijdig doorverwijzen bij complexe, multiproblem of specialistische hulpvragen, met casusregie en een goede overdracht van het dossier Onveiligheid van jeugdigen signaleren en passend handelen; - Contact onderhouden met zorginstellingen, scholen, jeugdgezondheidszorg en huisartsen; - Nauw samenwerken met jongerenwerkers, leerplicht, de top 1000 regisseur, het sociaal team en collega's van Sociale Voorzieningen en Werk en Inkomen. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in de richting van SPH, Social Work of maatschappelijk werk en dienstverlening; - Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als Jeugdconsulent bij een gemeente of jeugdbescherming, opgedaan in de afgelopen 6 jaar; - Geldige SKJ-registratie; - Aantoonbare ervaring met complexe casuïstiek en systemisch werken; - Ervaring met huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling; - Ervaring met Zorgned; - Recente ervaring binnen een gemeente; - Analytisch, oplossingsgericht, uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, teamspeler; - Pre: ervaring binnen de G...
