Vind je het interessant om zorgvuldig te onderzoeken, wet- en regelgeving toe te passen en zelf tot een goed onderbouwd besluit te komen? En durf je daarbij ook grenzen te stellen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je afweging? Dan zoeken wij jou. Als Jeugdconsulent PGB behandel je aanvragen binnen de Jeugdwet waarbij een persoonsgebonden budget een belangrijke rol speelt. Je onderzoekt wat een jeugdige en gezin nodig hebben, maar daar stopt het werk niet. Bij PGB beoordeel je ook zorgvuldig of aan de voorwaarden wordt voldaan, welke inzet passend is, wie de ondersteuning gaat bieden en of het geheel inhoudelijk en juridisch klopt. Dat maakt dit werk anders dan veel andere functies binnen de jeugd. Het vraagt niet alleen kennis van jeugd en gezin, maar ook interesse in regels, processen, zorgvuldige onderbouwing en besluitvorming. Je hoeft nog geen PGB-specialist te zijn. Wel zoeken we iemand die juist dát onderdeel van het vak interessant vindt en zich hierin wil verdiepen. Dit ga je doen Je voert gesprekken met jeugdigen, ouders en betrokken professionals en brengt de situatie zorgvuldig in kaart. Je verzamelt de informatie die nodig is, stelt gerichte vragen en bepaalt welke ondersteuning passend en noodzakelijk is. Bij PGB kijk je vervolgens verder. Je beoordeelt onder andere: - wat jeugdige, ouders en netwerk zelf kunnen; - welke ondersteuning nodig is en voor welke omvang en duur; - of een PGB passend is en aan de voorwaarden wordt voldaan; - of informele zorg passend en voldoende onderbouwd is; - of de voorgestelde zorg...
