Jeugd Jeugdhulp via Stevig Lokaal Team (SLT) Laatst bijgewerkt op 03 augustus 2026 Jeugd en onderwijs Vanaf 1 januari 2027 verandert de organisatie van jeugdhulp in onze gemeente en de andere gemeenten binnen de regio West-Brabant Oost (WBO): Altena, Breda, Geertruidenberg en Oosterhout. Het doel is een samenhangend en eenvoudiger jeugdhulplandschap waarin helder is wie welke rol, taak en verantwoordelijk heeft; van gemeenten tot verwijzers, onderwijs en jeugdhulpaanbieders. Wat u moet weten - De nieuwe manier van werken per 1 januari 2027 krijgt vorm in een Stevig Lokaal Team (SLT). Hierin werken straks professionals uit verschillende organisaties samen. Zo bundelen we krachten om jongeren én hun gezinnen snel passende ondersteuning te bieden, in de eigen leefomgeving en via één herkenbare route. Daarbij hebben we oog voor het hele gezin: we versterken wat goed gaat en bieden ondersteuning waar nodig, zodat zorgen niet onnodig groter worden - Update juli 2026: De aanbesteding voor het SLT is afgerond. Na een uitgebreid inkoopproces hebben de volgende partijen de aanbesteding gegund gekregen voor de gemeenten Drimmelen, Geertruidenberg, Oosterhout en Altena: Surplus (penvoerder), in samenwerking met MEE en Sterk Huis - Op dit moment verandert er voor kinderen/jongeren, gezinnen, verwijzers, het onderwijs etc. nog niets. De komende periode staat in het teken van de voorbereiding op een zorgvuldige overgang naar de nieuwe situatie. Daarbij blijven gemeenten, aanbieders en het SLT nauw samenwerken, zodat kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen kunnen blijven rekenen op passende ondersteuning en zorg - Het Stevig Lokaal Team betekent ook dat er in de komende periode afspraken worden gemaakt met het onderwijs, verwijzers en andere partners over de samenwerking Vragen?
