Functieomschrijving Als jeugdhulpverlener begeleid je gezinnen die dakloos zijn geraakt. Je begeleid hen naar een toekomst waarin zij weer zelfstandig en in een veilige leefomgeving kunnen wonen. Als jeugdhulpverlener richt je je specifiek op de behoeftes van de kinderen en ouders gericht op opvoedondersteuning, psycho educatie. Je hebt een observerende, signalerende en uitvoerende functie met als doel het versterken van de ouder(s)-kind relatie, het bieden van veiligheid en het stimuleren van de algehele ontwikkeling. Je biedt opvoedondersteuning en voert gesprekken met de ouders. Op methodische basis voer je gesprekken met de kinderen. Je werkt volgens een kindgerichte methode, bijv Veerkracht. Het werken op dinsdag is een vereiste in verband met teamoverleggen. Je werkt op doordeweekse dagen. Verder: - Het draaien van kinder- en oudergroepen. - Gesprekken voeren met kinderen over huiselijk geweld en andere onderwerpen. - Geven van opvoedondersteuning. - Methodisch werken vanuit Veerkracht en Tijd voor Toontje. - Organiseren van en meegaan op uitstapjes en actieve activiteiten in de vakanties. Daarnaast organiseer je ook uitstapjes voor ouders en kinderen. - Aanmelden en onderhouden van contacten met de GGD, de kinderopvang, school en andere ketenpartners. - Netwerken in de wijk en contact onderhouden met externe partijen en ketenpartners. - Vergaderingen, werkoverleg en nauwkeurig rapporteren over gesprekken en observaties. - Ten alle tijden samenwerkend in een casus met gezinscoach.
