Met ruim 285 betrokken en gedreven medewerkers bieden we preventieve zorg aan kinderen uit de 8 gemeenten in onze regio. Dat doen we zowel op het consultatiebureau, AZC's als op de basis- en middelbare scholen. We werken in Delft, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Midden-Delfland, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Rijswijk, Westland, Wassenaar en Zoetermeer. Vind jij het leuk om te werken met kinderen en hun ouders? We zoeken een enthousiaste jeugdverpleegkundige (24 uur per week) Wat je gaat doen - Je draait je eigen spreekuren en voert gezondheidschecks uit bij baby's en peuters - Je adviseert ouders over de lichamelijke, psychische, sociaal-emotionele en cognitieve ontwikkeling van hun kind(eren) - Je organiseert en geeft (online) trainingen voor ouders en/of verzorgers - Je vaccineert volgens het Rijksvaccinatieprogramma - Je coördineert, overlegt en stemt (eventuele) zorg af met ketenpartners - Je werkt samen met jeugdartsen en assistenten in een zelf organiserend team Wie jij bent - Jij vindt ook dat ieder kind een kans verdient om gezond en gelukkig op te groeien - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-v opleiding (NLQF-6) - Je hebt affiniteit met de jeugdgezondheidszorg en bij voorkeur stage- of werkervaring - Je kunt je boodschap helder en vriendelijk overbrengen en maakt makkelijk contact - Je beschikt over goede digitale en communicatieve vaardigheden - Je bent representatief en in staat om klantgericht te werken - Je bent flexibel, daadkrachtig en je kunt zelfstandig werken - Je kan een geldige Verklaring Omtrent het...
