Word jeugdverpleegkundige bij GGD Hollands Noorden en maak dagelijks het verschil. Met jouw kennis van gezondheid, ontwikkeling en preventie help je kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar veilig opgroeien en zich goed ontwikkelen. Als jeugdverpleegkundige heb je veel contact met jeugdigen, hun ouders, scholen en netwerkpartners. Als jeugdverpleegkundige bij GGD Hollands Noorden lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de gezonde ontwikkeling van kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar. Je hebt kennis van verschillende thema's die spelen binnen deze leeftijdsgroep en weet signalen op het gebied van gezondheid, ontwikkeling, gedrag en opvoeding te herkennen. Je adviseert en ondersteunt ouders, scholen en gemeenten en weet de mensen rondom het kind in beweging te krijgen. Zo draag je bij aan de gezondheid en veiligheid van kinderen en gezinnen in de regio. Samen werken aan gezond leven Met jouw inzet als jeugdverpleegkundige (4-12 jaar) werken we samen aan een gezond leven. De doktersassistenten voeren op school de gezondheidsonderzoeken in groep 2 en 7 uit. Jij beoordeelt de dossiers, vragenlijsten en uitslagen van deze screenings en signaleert op basis daarvan mogelijke knelpunten in de ontwikkeling en gezondheid van kinderen. Je werkt nauw samen met scholen en wijkteams van de gemeente in de regio Noord-Kennemerland. Als jeugdverpleegkundige voor kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar beoordeel je of een gezin ondersteuning vanuit de Jeugdgezondheidszorg (JGZ) nodig heeft of eventueel doorverwezen moet worden. Je adviseert scholen op psychosociaal- en opvoedkundig gebied. Denk aan vraagstukken op het gebied van een veilige leeromgeving of gezond gedrag. Je hebt daarbij oog voor uiteenlopende onderwerpen die relevant zijn voor de ontwikkeling en gezondheid van kinderen van 4 tot 12 jaar. Preventie is...
