Als hbo-verpleegkundige werk je preventief aan een gezonde ontwikkeling, combineer je onderzoek met praktijkervaring, en werk je nauw samen met ouders en andere professionals. Deze functie is tijdelijk voor de duur van één jaar. Een eventuele verlenging is niet uitgesloten, maar wordt niet gegarandeerd. Samen draag je bij aan een gezonde start voor kinderen. Samen werken aan gezond leven Als jeugdverpleegkundige 0-4 jaar werk je met zwangeren en jonge kinderen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: jij draagt bij aan een gezonde start voor kinderen en ondersteunt ouders bij verzorging, opvoeding en ontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, zoals jeugdartsen, assistenten JGZ en andere jeugdverpleegkundigen, en onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe professionals om een integrale aanpak te waarborgen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere: - Begeleiden van ouders bij verzorging, opvoeding en ontwikkeling van hun kind - Monitoren en bevorderen van de gezondheid van jonge kinderen - Uitvoeren van gezondheidsonderzoeken - Geven van voorlichting en advies aan ouders en verzorgers - Ondersteunen van gezinnen bij opvoeding, gedrag en gezondheid - Inschatten van gezinssituaties en bepalen van de benodigde zorg of ondersteuning Wat ga je verder doen?
