Heb je affiniteit met de doelgroep het jonge kind tot en met 12 jaar. En bied jij graag ambulante observatie, coaching en begeleiding? Dan is dit een leuke tijdelijke uitdaging voor jou! Wat kan jij betekenen in jouw rol als jeugdzorgwerker ambulant Het ambulant team van Enver werkt in opdracht van de gemeenten Voorne aan Zee. Het team, genaamd coaching on the job, heeft als doel pedagogisch medewerkers in de voor- en naschoolse voorzieningen en leerkrachten binnen basisscholen in het eigen handelen te versterken. De jeugdzorgwerker van Enver ondersteunt en begeleidt de professional in het verbreden van kennis en het aanleren en toepassen van vaardigheden bij kinderen met opvallend gedrag. Als jeugdzorgwerker ben je verbonden aan een aantal voor- na schoolse voorzieningen en/of basisscholen. Vanuit jouw expertise denk je mee en ondersteun je op deze locaties actief mee bij zorgen over ontwikkeling/gedragsvraagstukken van een kind of een groep. Door het uitvoeren van observaties, begeleiding en het geven van psycho-educatie of thema bijeenkomsten ondersteun je het kind en de directe omgeving van het kind. Er is hierdoor niet alleen aandacht voor het kind, maar ook voor de manier waarop de leerkracht, de pedagogisch medewerkers, andere professionals en ouders het kind kunnen begeleiden en zo optimaal kunnen laten ontwikkelen. De hulp is erop gericht dat het kind zich zo goed mogelijk binnen de dagbesteding (of ter overbrugging) kan blijven ontwikkelen.
