Kinderfeestje Jeugdzorgwerker / BSO+ (20-32 uur)- Zeist/Utrecht Voor kinderen die nét wat extra nodig hebben. En volwassenen die dat begrijpen. Bij onze BSO+ vangen we kinderen op die niet altijd passen binnen een reguliere groep. Kinderen die behoefte hebben aan meer rust, duidelijkheid en begeleiding. Geen "label", maar een kind dat gezien wil worden. Wat je bij ons doet Je begeleidt kinderen op een manier die bij hen past. Dat betekent dat je: - zorgt voor duidelijkheid, rust en voorspelbaarheid - kinderen begeleidt met verschillende ondersteuningsbehoeften - werkt met (en meedenkt over) individuele plannen - activiteiten aanbiedt die aansluiten bij de groep - samenwerkt met ouders, scholen en andere betrokkenen - signalen ziet en daar op inspeelt Maar het belangrijkste: je zorgt dat een kind zich veilig voelt. Wie jij bent We zoeken iemand die stevig staat, maar zacht kijkt. Iemand die: - ervaring heeft in de jeugdzorg of gespecialiseerde opvang - weet hoe belangrijk duidelijkheid en structuur zijn - rustig blijft, ook als een situatie dat niet is - goed samenwerkt met ouders en andere professionals - verder kijkt dan gedrag en echt het kind ziet Heb je een passende opleiding (HBO Pedagogiek, Social Work of MBO)? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wat je bij ons vindt Werken op de BSO+ is intensief, maar ook heelwaardevol. Bij Vriendjes krijg je: - salaris volgens CAO Jeugdzorg (schaal 8) of Kinderopvang (schaal 6), op basis van je ervaring - 8% vakantiegeld en eindejaarsuitkering - bijdrage zorgverzekering en pensioenopbouw - ruimte om mee te denken en jezelf te ontwikkelen - een klein, betrokken team - korting/voorrang op opvang voor je eigen kind(eren) Maar vooral: een plek waar jouw werk écht verschil maakt.
