Jeugdzorgwerker complexe scheidingen en AGJ Heerlen 1 plek | 24 tot 40 uur per week | loondienst | cao Jeugdzorg schaal 7 tot en met 9 Als jeugdzorgwerker bij aXiehuis in Heerlen begeleid je het contact tussen kinderen en ouders bij complexe scheidingen. Daarnaast bied je ambulante ondersteuning aan kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen. Je kijkt zorgvuldig naar wat er gebeurt, bespreekt je observaties met collega's en helpt gezinnen werken aan hun doelen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt rekenen op begeleiding en overleg. Wat ga je doen? Je bent dicht bij gezinnen. Soms op onze locatie, soms thuis of tijdens een activiteit. Je werkt geregeld zelfstandig, met een team om op terug te vallen. - Je begeleidt contact tussen kind en ouder en observeert zonder meteen een oordeel te trekken. - Je helpt kinderen en ouders bij spanning, opvoedvragen en het opbouwen van contact. - Je ondersteunt jongeren en gezinnen ambulant en bespreekt zorgen over veiligheid of ontwikkeling. - Je grijpt in als een situatie onveilig wordt. Daarna leg je feitelijk vast wat je zag en deed. - Je stemt met de casemanager en betrokken professionals af wat de volgende stap is. Wat heb je nodig? Je kunt vriendelijk blijven én een grens trekken. Dat is allebei nodig in dit werk. - Een afgeronde mbo 4- of hbo-opleiding in Social Work, Pedagogiek, Maatschappelijke Zorg, Jeugdzorg of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring met kinderen en gezinnen, of een sterke affiniteit met complexe scheidingen en ambulante hulp. - Je schrijft begrijpelijke, feitelijke verslagen en blijft rustig bij weerstand of emotie. - Je kunt volgens rooster op woensdag en/of zaterdag werken en hebt een rijbewijs en een auto. - SKJ-registratie is een voordeel. We kijken samen wat voor jouw werkzaamheden nodig is. Wat bieden wij? Je ziet gezinnen van dichtbij. Dat kan mooi en soms zwaar zijn. Daarom maken we tijd voor overleg en steun van collega's. - Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 24 tot 40 uur per week....
