Tegelijkertijd ondersteunen we opdrachtgevers bij het vinden van de juiste professionals. Door goed te luisteren naar de behoeften van beide partijen, zorgen wij voor de juiste match. We werken binnen de complexe jeugdzorg voor verschillende organisaties; we vinden het juiste personeel én ontzorgen teams door middel van zorgopdrachten. Daarnaast organiseren we sociaal beheer, waarbij we gemeenten ondersteunen bij de opvang en begeleiding van kwetsbare doelgroepen, zoals vluchtelingen en dak- en thuisloze gezinnen. Voor een mooie jeugdzorgorganisatie in het midden van het land zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren jeugdzorgprofessional voor een tijdelijke detachering op een behandelgroep waar kinderen van 6 tot 12 jaar verblijven. De kinderen verblijven er zo kort mogelijk maar zo lang als nodig totdat ze naar een perspectiefplek kunnen (gezinshuis, pleeggezin of woonplek). Op deze locatie is plaats voor 5 kinderen; er zijn geen crisisplekken beschikbaar en de financiering verloopt via de Jeugdwet. Als begeleider werk je mee in een bestaand team en help je om te bouwen aan rust, voorspelbaarheid en een positief veilig klimaat voor zowel de kinderen als het team. Je bent geen invaller die roostergaten vult, maar wordt tijdelijk onderdeel van het team en bent (verplicht) aanwezig bij de teamvergaderingen (maandagochtend) en doet mee aan de intervisie (4x per jaar).
