Vanaf januari 2027 openen wij twee nieuwe kleinschalige leefhuizen voor kinderen die tijdelijk niet thuis kunnen wonen. Een plek waar maximaal zes kinderen opgroeien in een veilige, huiselijke omgeving. Geen grote groepen. Geen anonieme zorg. Maar échte aandacht, échte relaties en échte kansen. Wij geloven dat jeugdzorg niet gaat over het begeleiden van verblijf, maar over het begeleiden van een toekomst. Daarom zoeken wij professionals die verder kijken dan gedrag. Mensen die begrijpen dat ieder kind een verhaal heeft. Collega's die ook op moeilijke momenten nieuwsgierig blijven naar wat een kind probeert te vertellen. Want de belangrijkste eigenschap die je in deze functie nodig hebt, is een lange adem. Juist wanneer een kind je afwijst. Wanneer afspraken niet worden nagekomen. Wanneer oud gedrag steeds opnieuw terugkomt. Dan blijf jij kijken naar de behoefte achter het gedrag. Je blijft vertrouwen houden waar een kind dat zelf misschien even kwijt is.
