Maastricht UMC+ HBO, MBO limburg, Maastricht, Zuid Limburg In deze rol coördineer je de zorg voor de aan jou toegewezen patiënten, voer je gesprekken met patiënten en hun families, bevorder en borg je de kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen diverse zorgprocessen, en begeleid je verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en helpenden in opleiding Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit? Verpleegafdeling D4 Cardiothoracale Chirurgie/Short Stay heeft een hecht team met een goede sfeer. De afdeling heeft 20 bedden Cardiothoracale chirurgie, waar patiënten verblijven voor en na een hartoperatie. Verder heeft de afdeling 12-16 bedden Short Stay Cardiologie, waar patiënten kortdurend verblijven rondom een cardiologische ingreep. Patiënten die zijn opgenomen op onze afdeling ondergaan allemaal een interventie/operatie of ingreep en een deel van de patiënten wordt telemetrisch bewaakt. Verpleegafdeling D4 is 1 van de 4 verpleegafdelingen van het Hart+Vaat Centrum. Het Hart+Vaat Centrum biedt met meer dan 600 medewerkers 24 uur per dag de best mogelijke zorg voor hart- en vaatziekten. Patiëntenzorg gaat hand in hand met hoogwaardig onderzoek en onderwijs. Ons personeel is uitstekend opgeleid en we bieden de nieuwste medische behandelingen, gebaseerd op de laatste wetenschappelijke inzichten. Dit wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door de nauwe samenwerking met het internationaal toonaangevende onderzoeksinstituut CARIM (Cardiovascular Research Institute Maastricht). Wat vragen wij van jou? - In het bezit zijn van een geregistreerd MBO/HBO verpleegkundig diploma. - Ben je in het bezit bent van een Belgisch verpleegkundig diploma? Ook dan komen we graag met je in contact.
