Bouwkundig en werktuigbouwkundig professionals sluiten zich aan bij Job Engineers voor werk dat past bij hun competenties en ambities. Over de functie Als BIM Modelleur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig opzetten, uitwerken en beheren van 3D-modellen binnen uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, constructeurs, adviseurs en aannemers en zorgt ervoor dat het model technisch correct is, goed coördineerbaar is en voldoet aan de geldende BIM-standaarden. Waar veel vergelijkbare functies zich beperken tot modelleren en tekenen, zoeken wij een modelleur die meedenkt, optimaliseert en kwaliteit bewaakt. Jij begrijpt niet alleen hoe je een model opbouwt, maar ook waarom bepaalde keuzes worden gemaakt. Wat ga je doen? - Opzetten en beheren van BIM-modellen in Revit - Ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren van Revit-families - Controleren van modelkwaliteit, waaronder LOD, naamgeving, parameters en clashdetectie - Coördineren van modellen met externe partijen - Vertalen van het ontwerp naar een uitvoerbaar model - Actief bijdragen aan BIM-standaarden en werkprocessen - Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van technische oplossingen Wat breng je mee? - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als BIM Modelleur - Aantoonbare ervaring met Autodesk Revit - Ervaring met het opzetten en bewerken van Revit-families - Kennis van BIM-protocollen en werkmethodieken - Technisch inzicht en bouwkundige kennis - Proactieve werkhouding en goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Ervaring bij architectenbureaus, ingenieursbureaus of aannemers is een pré Wat bieden wij? - Ruimte voor eigen inbreng binnen BIM-ontwikkeling - Projecten in verschillende fasen, van voorlopig ontwerp tot uitvoering - Directe samenwerking met architecten, ingenieurs en uitvoerende ...
