Company information Our client is an international contractor specialized in the execution of large-scale and complex projects. Vacancy information As HR Business Partner, you will be involved in a broad range of HR-related activities and act as a point of contact for employees regarding practical HR matters. You will support the daily HR processes, from administration and recruitment to onboarding, employee arrangements, training and offboarding. Specific duties in this role include: - Supporting daily HR and recruitment administration and keeping employee data up to date in Workday; - Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, employment conditions, and employee benefits; - Supporting HR procedures, internal policies, training, and audits; - Assisting with recruitment activities and attending job fairs; - Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding practical HR matters; - Providing general office support when needed.
