Ready to build a new life under the Spanish sun?

We’re hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a well-known telecom project in Alicante and Málaga. You’ll help customers with mobile, internet and TV questions — and you’ll join a friendly Dutch-speaking team.

What you will do:

You support Dutch customers with:

  • SIM activation & mobile data setup
  • Internet troubleshooting
  • TV box installation
  • General questions about mobile, internet & TV
  • Light sales (cross/upsell) — full training provided

No previous experience needed — just motivation and good communication skills.

Hybrid Work After 2 weeks training.

Choose your contract: Full-time or Part-time You decide your weekly hours:

39 hours/week 36 hours/week 34 hours/week 32 hours/week

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 · Weekends 09:00–17:30 You work 5 days/week + 2 weekends/month.

Monthly Salary (Gross) 39h → €2,094 36h → €1,933 34h → €1,826 32h → €1,718

Performance bonus up to 15% Permanent Spanish contract

Training 4 weeks paid training 2 weeks classroom 1 week on-the-job 1 week coaching

Who we are looking for Dutch: C2 English: B1 EU passport or Spanish residency Tech-savvy, positive, customer-focused Comfortable with light sales (training included)

Start Dates: Alicante: 9th of November, 23rd of November, the 11th of January Málaga: 3rd of November, 16th of November, the 23rd of November
