Als International Mobility & Reward Specialist bouw je mee aan een sterk internationaal mobiliteitsprogramma én een transparant, marktconform loonbeleid voor de volledige Smulders Group. Je combineert complexe regelgeving met duidelijke adviezen en ondersteunt onze groei in meerdere landen. Een rol met impact, verantwoordelijkheid en internationale zichtbaarheid.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met onze HR Director en de verschillende HR-teams binnen de Smulders Group. Je vertrekt vanuit een solide basis, maar krijgt tegelijk alle ruimte om processen te verbeteren, te harmoniseren en écht impact te maken.

Dit is een functie voor wie energie krijgt van complexiteit, afwisseling en internationale samenwerking. Niet voor wie graag op automatische piloot werkt.

In deze rol werk je op twee domeinen: International Mobility en Reward.

International Mobility:

Je wordt hét aanspreekpunt voor internationale tewerkstelling binnen België, Nederland, UK, Duitsland, Frankrijk en Polen.

Je zorgt voor:

  • Advies rond detachering en multi‑country employment.
  • Opmaak en opvolging van detacheringsovereenkomsten en addenda.
  • A1, Limosa, Posted Workers, Sipsi en andere verplichtingen.
  • Coördinatie van internationale payroll, sociale zekerheid en belastingen.
  • Opvolging van visa, werkvergunningen en Single Permits.
  • Contact met externe payrollpartners en adviesbureaus.
  • Ondersteuning van lokale HR-teams en begeleiding van medewerkers op buitenlandse opdrachten.
  • Optimalisatie van het mobiliteitsbeleid met oog voor kosten, compliance en efficiëntie.

Compensation & Reward

Je versterkt ons loonbeleid en bouwt mee aan transparante, marktconforme en onderhoudbare systemen.

Je staat in voor:

  • Ontwikkelen en actualiseren van loonbeleid, job architectuur en job grading.
  • Harmonisatie van rewardprocessen tussen landen.
  • Opmaak van competitieve en consistente loonstructuren.
  • Benchmarking, marktanalyses en pay‑equity evaluaties.
  • Salary review & bonusprocessen voorbereiden en ondersteunen.
  • Helder rapporteren op basis van reward data.
  • Advies geven in loon-gerelateerde dossiers binnen sociaal overleg.
  • Master in Economie, Rechten, HR, Business of Finance.
  • Vertrouwd met internationale fiscaliteit, sociaal recht en grensoverschrijdende verloning.
  • Ervaring met job grading, reward analytics en loonstructuren.
  • Vlot in een internationale context met uiteenlopende regelgeving.
  • Sterk analytisch, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
