In this role, you'll ensure that our permanent and temporary employees are well-guided and efficiently scheduled so that we can seamlessly meet the needs of our clients. You'll play a key role in coordinating work, accommodation, and transportation, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Tasks and responsibilities: - Manage and monitor different pools of temporary workers to ensure the right people are placed in the right positions; - Prepare daily schedules using digital planning software; - Handle emergencies and unexpected situations; - Process changes in the planning quickly and accurately; - Ensure correct administrative follow-up according to our internal procedures; - Act as the key communication link between departments and clients regarding planning matters.
