- Waar kunnen we je bij helpen? Geen dag is hetzelfde als Jobcoach. Je begeleidt cliënten naar werk of dagbesteding en staat naast hen op de werkvloer. De ene dag werk je met een cliënt in een ouderencentrum, de volgende dag in een bouwmarkt. Je schakelt met begeleiders en werkgevers en ziet cliënten groeien. Al werkzaam bij Calidus? Solliciteren kan gewoon via het formulier! Wat ga je doen Als Jobcoach ondersteun je cliënten 1-op-1 op weg naar werk of een passende dagbestedingsplek, binnen én buiten Calidus. Je kijkt naar wat de cliënt kan en waar iemand tot zijn recht komt en begeleidt het hele traject: van het vinden van de juiste plek tot de begeleiding op de werkvloer. Je hebt daarbij een afwisselende rol, waarin je veel samenwerkt en snel kunt schakelen. Dit ga je onder andere doen: - Je zoekt naar passende werkplekken en onderhoudt contact met werkgevers en andere organisaties. - Je begeleidt cliënten op de werkvloer en bouwt jouw ondersteuning af zodra de client het zelf kan. - Je werkt nauw samen met alle betrokkenen om de cliënt zo goed mogelijk te coachen en te ondersteunen. - Je sluit aan bij MDO's en houdt alle betrokkenen op de hoogte. - Gaat het niet goed? Dan schakel je snel, kijk je wat nodig is en pas je de aanpak aan. - Je kunt goed omgaan met cliënten met intensieve begeleidingsvragen en weet rustig en duidelijk te handelen wanneer een situatie lastig wordt. - Je bent veel onderweg; van een gesprek met een cliënt naar een ouderencentrum, bouwmarkt of andere werkplek. - Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van de diverse trajecten, vergoedingen en cliëntendossiers - Je bent in bezit van eigen vervoer Het team Je komt terecht in een zelfstandig en betrokken team van jobcoaches. Jullie werken veel samen, delen kennis en staan altijd voor elkaar klaar. Met verschillende achtergronden en ervaringen brengen jullie samen cliënten én elkaar verder.
