De Proeftuin vzw breidt haar team uit en is op zoek naar een handige Harry of Henriëtte met groene vingers en een hart voor mensen.

Is werken in de tuin voor jou meer hobby dan werk? Werk je graag buiten, steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en vind je voor elk klein klusje een oplossing? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken!

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met onze doelgroepmedewerkers ga je dagelijks op pad naar klanten, voornamelijk particulieren en bedrijven. Je staat mee in voor het uitvoeren van tuinonderhoud en kleine kluswerken en begeleidt onze doelgroepmedewerkers tijdens hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Algemeen tuinonderhoud: onkruid wieden, snoeien, gras maaien, ...
  • Uitvoeren van kleine herstellings- en onderhoudswerken
  • Hulp bij verhuis en woningopkuis
  • Vervoer naar het containerpark
  • Ophangen en monteren van allerhande voorwerpen, zoals kaders en lampen
  • Nazicht en onderhoud van hydranten
  • Dagelijkse instructies geven en begeleiden van onze doelgroepmedewerkers
  • Mee instaan voor een vlotte uitvoering van de werkplanning

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt groene vingers en werkt graag in de buitenlucht.
  • Je bent handig en hebt een praktische ingesteldheid: voor elk probleem zoek je een oplossing.
  • Je werkt graag samen met mensen en hebt een coachende en geduldige houding.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en kan rijden met een bestelwagen met aanhangwagen.
  • Ervaring in het begeleiden van doelgroepmedewerkers is een grote meerwaarde.
