Heb je ervaring als jobcoach, intercedent of relatiebeheerder binnen de uitzendbranche? Mooi meegenomen! Maar ook als je vanuit een andere functie ervaring hebt met klantcontact, begeleiding, recruitment of relatiebeheer en graag de stap naar deze rol wilt maken, komen we graag met je in contact. Wat ga je doen? Als Jobcoach / Relatiebeheerder ben jij dagelijks onderweg naar onze klanten en medewerkers in jouw regio. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de opdrachtgever, onze uitzendkrachten en je collega's op kantoor. Je houdt ervan om zaken goed te regelen, houdt de lijnen kort en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers bij hun start en denk je actief mee met klanten over hun personeelsbehoefte. Je bezoekt opdrachtgevers, voert evaluatiegesprekken en gaat langs bij de woningen van onze uitzendkrachten om te controleren of alles goed geregeld is. Zie je mogelijkheden voor extra werk? Dan pak je die natuurlijk ook op. Een commerciële instelling is dan ook gewenst in deze functie. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstarten van nieuwe medewerkers bij nieuwe of bestaande klanten wanneer dat nodig is; - Vraagbaak zijn voor de medewerkers; - Onderhouden van het klantcontact en opbouwen van een goede relatie met opdrachtgevers; - Actief ophalen van nieuwe aanvragen bij of via bestaande klanten; - Zodra een kandidaat definitief is geplaatst onderhoud jij het contact met de nieuwe medewerker; - Voeren van evaluatiegesprekken en uitvoeren van werkbezoeken; ...
