Mission principale

Le monteur d’attaches-remorques est chargé d’assurer le montage, le raccordement électrique et la mise en service d’attaches-remorques sur différents types de véhicules, dans le respect des prescriptions des fabricants et des règles de sécurité.

Responsabilités et tâches

Montage des attelages

  • Démonter et remonter les éléments nécessaires du véhicule (pare-chocs, garnitures, protections, etc.).
  • Installer différents modèles d’attaches-remorques : fixes, démontables, escamotables ou invisibles.
  • Adapter et ajuster le montage en fonction du modèle et de la configuration du véhicule.
  • Respecter les notices de montage et les prescriptions techniques des fabricants.
  • Effectuer le serrage et le contrôle des éléments de fixation selon les spécifications.

Installation électrique

  • Installer et raccorder les faisceaux électriques d’attelage.
  • Monter et raccorder les prises 7 et 13 broches.
  • Installer des boîtiers électroniques spécifiques au véhicule.
  • Effectuer les raccordements et contrôles électriques nécessaires.
  • Réaliser, lorsque nécessaire, les opérations de programmation ou de paramétrage liées à l'installation.

Contrôle et finition

  • Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l'attelage et de l'installation électrique.
  • Contrôler l'éclairage de la remorque et les différents équipements électriques.
  • Effectuer les contrôles de sécurité avant la restitution du véhicule.
  • Veiller à la qualité et à la propreté du travail réalisé.
  • Signaler immédiatement toute anomalie ou difficulté technique rencontrée.

Entretien et organisation de l'atelier

  • Maintenir son poste de travail propre et organisé.
  • Utiliser correctement l'outillage et le matériel mis à disposition.
  • Respecter les règles de sécurité et les procédures internes.
  • Participer à l'entretien courant de l'atelier et du matériel.
  • Assurer une utilisation soigneuse des véhicules confiés par les clients.
