Baunat Group is een internationale speler in hoogwaardige diamantjuwelen, opgericht in België en met showrooms in Europa en Azië. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen combineren we vakmanschap en luxe met een sterke digitale en innovatieve aanpak.

Als digital-first bedrijf spelen e-commerce, online marketing en internationale communicatie een centrale rol in onze groei. Om ons marketingteam te versterken, zoeken we een enthousiaste jobstudent Digitale Marketing & Communicatie die graag wil ontdekken hoe digitale marketing binnen een internationaal luxemerk er in de praktijk uitziet.

Je werkt nauw samen met ons marketingteam en krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan verschillende projecten rond content, SEO, social media, e-commerce, AI en digitale campagnes.

Wat ga je doen?

Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

Je ondersteunt bij het optimaliseren van onze internationale websites en webshops, bijvoorbeeld door teksten, beelden en video's te verwerken en content up-to-date te houden.

Je helpt bij SEO- en keywordonderzoek en denkt mee over hoe we onze online zichtbaarheid verder kunnen verbeteren.

Je schrijft, herschrijft en optimaliseert content voor onze websites, campagnes en andere communicatiekanalen.

Je helpt met vertalingen en proofreading van content voor verschillende internationale markten.

Je leert werken met AI-tools en ontdekt hoe deze kunnen worden ingezet voor copywriting, research, contentoptimalisatie en andere marketingtaken.

Je ondersteunt bij het beheren van onze socialmediakanalen en helpt bij het bedenken en creëren van relevante content.

Je helpt mee aan verschillende digitale marketingprojecten en krijgt zo inzicht in onder andere e-commerce, SEO, advertising, CRM en contentmarketing.

Heb je grafische skills? Dan krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om die in te zetten voor bijvoorbeeld fotografie, beeldbewerking, video of andere creatieve projecten. Dit is echter geen vereiste.

We vinden het belangrijk dat je niet alleen taken uitvoert, maar ook begrijpt waarom we bepaalde marketingkeuzes maken. Je krijgt zo een brede kijk op hoe een internationaal merk digitaal wordt opgebouwd en verder groeit.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand die nieuwsgierig, nauwkeurig en hands-on is.

  • Je volgt een bachelor- of masteropleiding in bijvoorbeeld marketing, communicatie, economie, talen, handelswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitale marketing, e-commerce en internationale communicatie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en zoekt actief naar oplossingen.
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de taken en projecten waaraan je werkt.
  • Je schrijft vlot en hebt een goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van Frans, Duits of Spaans is een mooie plus.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe digitale ontwikkelingen en tools, waaronder AI.
  • Ervaring met marketingtools is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Je motivatie om bij te leren vinden we minstens even belangrijk.
