Deze unieke kans biedt je de mogelijkheid om als jobstudent persoonlijk assistent aan de slag te gaan bij een twintiger met een mentale beperking. De budgethouder is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en toegewijde student om hem te helpen bij zijn dagelijkse activiteiten. Zijn autisme en mentale beperking vragen om iemand die op lange termijn ondersteuning kan bieden.

Je rol als persoonlijk assistent omvat het assisteren tijdens maaltijden en vrijetijdsactiviteiten. De twintiger houdt van spelletjes spelen en wandelen, en jouw enthousiaste deelname is altijd welkom. Het tonen van verantwoordelijkheid en empathie is van groot belang, en als je een achtergrond hebt in kinesitherapie, ergotherapie, orthopedagogie of logopedie, is dat zeker een pluspunt. Betrouwbaarheid en discretie behoren tot je kernwaarden.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze job als jobstudent persoonlijk assistent, dien je aan een aantal eisen te voldoen. We verwachten dat je interesse hebt in het werken met jongvolwassenen met een mentale beperking, specifiek iemand met autisme. Het is essentieel dat je beschikbaar bent van maandag tot vrijdag, tussen 17:00 en 20:00 uur. Indien je beperkt beschikbaar bent, kunnen we toch mogelijkheden bespreken.

We hechten waarde aan betrouwbaarheid, discretie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk, en als je een studieachtergrond hebt in kinesitherapie, ergotherapie, orthopedagogie of logopedie, is dat een pluspunt. Je wordt verwacht flexibel te zijn en indien nodig ook op zaterdag of zondag te kunnen werken.

Empathie is een belangrijke eigenschap, omdat je deze budgethouder in zijn dagelijkse activiteiten en vrijetijdsbesteding zult ondersteunen. Verder verwelkomen we eigen initiatief en participatie in zijn favoriete activiteiten, zoals spelletjes spelen en wandelen. Verzorgende taken maken deel uit van de functie en je hebt er geen probleem mee om deze uit te voeren.
