Jouw team en werkplek

Je werkt samen met de andere animatoren op onze inclusieve wijkwerking in Eeklo (Buurthuis Kom.erbij – Abdijstraat 31, 9900 Eeklo). Op het speelplein spelen kinderen van 4 tot 15 jaar met en zonder een ondersteuningsnood samen.

Jouw opdracht

  • Je werkt samen met het animatorenteam aan een leuke inclusieve speelpleinwerking
  • Je bent de verantwoordelijke van de speelpleinwerking. Je kompas zijn de noden van de kinderen en van de animatoren. Je kunt evenementen organiseren, delegeren, de tijd bewaken, moniwerving leiden en administratieve taken beheren…
  • Je werkt tijdens het jaar mee aan de zorginschaling van deelnemers, je volgt intake gesprekken mee en je communiceert de noden van de kinderen naar de animatoren
  • Je werkt tijdens het jaar mee aan de praktische en organisatorische omkadering van de speelpleinwerking
  • Je coacht (hoofd)animatoren in het vervullen van zorgtaken en het ontwikkelen van een gevarieerd spelaanbod
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en gelijkwaardig met ouders, animatoren, buurtbewoners …

Wie je bent

  • Je bent +18 jaar
  • Je hebt ervaring in het jeugdwerk en/of voeling met mensen met een beperking en/of een relevante studie of stageplaats.
  • Je hebt een attest (hoofd)animator in het jeugdwerk.
  • Je hebt goesting om met groepen jongeren (uit kwetsbare groepen) aan de slag te gaan.
  • Je kan vrijwilligers werven, ondersteunen en activeren.
  • Feedback geven en ontvangen is voor jou geen probleem
  • Organisatie en planning is je ding.
  • Flexibele werkuren schrikken je niet af: je blijft voor opkuis, evaluatie, teambuilding, knutselmomenten….
