The posting

Voor onze patiënten én voor onze medewerkers. Jij doet intussen een pak ervaring op en je wordt er bovendien voor betaald. Win-win, toch?

Als jobstudent zal je terechtkomen op Sophia 1. Deze opname- en behandelafdeling richt zich op medioren (+55 jaar) met angst- en stemmingsstoornissen.

Je taken:

Hoe je dag eruit zal zien, valt moeilijk te voorspellen. Dat maakt het net boeiend. Wat je wel weet, is dat je als jobstudent deel uitmaakt van het team en dat je de zorggebruikers en leefgroepen begeleidt in het dagelijkse leven.

Tijdens het teamoverleg zorgen jouw observaties voor een behandelplan van onze zorggebruikers dat steeds actueel is. Je houdt het hoofd koel tijdens een crisissituatie en helpt om de crisis af te wenden. Daarenboven sta je er voor open om ook enkele zorgkundige taken op jou te nemen (zoals hygiënische zorg van de patiënt, hulp bij mobiliteit en voeding, hulp bij het innemen van medicatie,…)

Wij ontvangen je met open armen. Je werkt hierbij in vroege of late shiften, maar we bespreken dit verder met jou. Belangrijk om te weten is: je staat daarbij nooit alleen op de afdeling.

Jij bent?

Je bent een verpleegkundige of verpleegkundige in opleiding met een visum van zorgkundige op zak. Je hebt natuurlijk een streepje voor als je al een eerste stage-ervaring met psychiatrie kan voorleggen.

Je bent betrokken, bezit een groot inlevingsvermogen en communiceert op een respectvolle manier. Wij worden enthousiast van jouw gedrevenheid en van je gevoel voor humor. Je bent flexibel, werkt graag en goed samen en je hebt leren relativeren.
