Voor ons woonzorgcentrum zoeken we een jobstudent zorgkundige voor de nachtdienst om onze vaste nachtequipe te versterken. Samen met twee collega’s sta je mee in voor de zorg, het comfort en de veiligheid van onze bewoners tijdens de nacht.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Als jobstudent zorgkundige ondersteun je onze bewoners tijdens de nacht. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Je staat in voor de nachtelijke verzorging en begeleiding van onze bewoners.
  • Je helpt bewoners bij hun persoonlijke hygiëne, toiletbezoek, wisselhouding en andere zorgbehoeften.
  • Je observeert de bewoners en hebt aandacht voor veranderingen in hun gezondheids toestand, gedrag of comfort.
  • Je onderneemt gepaste acties wanneer een bewoner extra zorg of ondersteuning nodig heeft en verwittigt indien nodig de verantwoordelijke. Je zorgt voor een rustige, veilige en aangename nachtomgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt bewoners bij onverwachte situaties en weet op een rustige manier te handelen wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Je rapporteert relevante observaties en bijzonderheden aan je collega’s en zorgt voor een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke overdracht. Je werkt mee aan een correcte opvolging van de zorgdossiers en registreert de uitgevoerde zorg.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en draagt bij aan een goede teamsfeer en collegiale samenwerking.

We zoeken een jobstudent die:

  • beschikt over een diploma zorgkundige en een geldig visum;
  • graag en vlot zelfstandig werkt, maar tegelijk een echte teamspeler is;
  • een warm hart heeft voor ouderen en bewoners met respect en geduld benadert;
  • rustig en verantwoordelijk kan handelen tijdens de nacht;
  • alert is en goed kan observeren;
  • betrouwbaar is en gemaakte afspraken en uurroosters respecteert;
  • flexibel is in het opnemen van nachtdiensten

Ervaring in een woonzorgcentrum of nachtdienst is een pluspunt, maar vooral jouw zorgzaamheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en warme houding tegenover onze bewoners maken het verschil.
