Wil je starten als accountmanager in energie, maar heb je nog geen ervaring? In de Strado Academy word je op 6 maanden klaargestoomd om je eigen klantenportefeuille te beheren in Limburg, Antwerpen & Vlaams-Brabant. Ben je gedreven en leergierig? Dan zoeken we jou!

Wij zijn op zoek naar extra sales collega's! Voor de verdere uitbouw van Elindus zoeken we energieke medewerkers in Limburg, Antwerpen of Vlaams-Brabant. Je wil graag aan de slag als accountmanager, maar je hebt hiervoor nog niet de nodige 'know how'.

In onze academy, krijg je een compleet opleidingsplan. Je doet er de theoretische en praktische kennis op die je als accountmanager nodig hebt. Over een periode van enkele maanden, volledig afhankelijk van jouw groei in de academy, word je klaargestoomd om zelfstandig een klantenportefeuille te beheren.

Tijdens de opleiding werk je vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Waregem. Hier volg je verschillende opleidingen 'on the field' samen met je collega's van het sales team.

Na de intensieve opleiding groei je door tot accountmanager en ga je aan de slag in jouw eigen regio: Limburg, Antwerpen of Vlaams-Brabant. Je uitvalsbasis wordt dan ons kantoor in Hasselt. Eén dag per week kom je nog naar Waregem, afwisselend op dinsdag of vrijdag, om je collega's te zien en mee te blijven met alles wat er leeft.

Wat houdt deze job eigenlijk in? Zie het niet specifiek als een job, maar eerder als een opleidingstraject.

Het einddoel is duidelijk: doorgroeien van junior accountmanager naar accountmanager in energie. Je beheert dan een eigen klantenportefeuille én bouwt die verder uit.

In de Strado Academy zorgen we ervoor dat je de nodige achtergrond krijgt voor je effectief als accountmanager van start gaat. Het volgende staat op het programma:

  • Doorgedreven theoretische opleidingen over Elindus, de energiemarkt, sales, beursopvolging,...
  • 'On the field' kennis door mee te gaan met onze collega's op de baan
  • Deelnemen aan onze tweewekelijkse sales meeting
  • Meevolgen en -draaien in onze customer service, zodat je kennis over onze sector snel groeit
  • Een wekelijks opvolgingsmoment waarop je opleidingsverantwoordelijke samen met jou het plan van aanpak analyseert en bijstuurt
  • Een maandelijks evolutiegesprek over de volgende stappen in jouw 'sales career path' op maat binnen Elindus (ook als accountmanager wordt dit verder uitgeschreven!)
  • En nog zoveel meer

Hoe ben je als persoon? Gezien we een doorgedreven opleiding voorzien, verwachten we van jou geen theoretische kennis over energie maar zijn we wel op zoek naar:

Een intelligente, enthousiaste en vlotte persoonlijkheid die bereid is om bij te leren en wil investeren in zijn/haar persoonlijke en commerciële ontwikkeling!

  • Je bent gepassioneerd om te starten in een functie als accountmanager maar hebt de nodige achtergrond nog niet
  • Je pikt snel nieuwe informatie op en kan nu al niet wachten om strategisch mee te kunnen denken in ons verkoopproces
  • Je beschikt over een winnaarsmentaliteit en ziet targets als een positieve drijfveer
  • Dynamisch, nieuwsgierig en doorzetter zijn woorden die je perfect omschrijven
  • Je spreekt Vloeiend Nederlands.
