Wil jij automatisatieprojecten uitwerken binnen een technische productieomgeving met internationale slagkracht? Dan krijg je hier de kans om jouw expertise in controls, robotica en industriële automatisering breed in te zetten.

In regio Waregem kom je terecht bij een gevestigde productieorganisatie binnen hoogperformante kunststofoplossingen. De Belgische site maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en werkt aan technische toepassingen voor verschillende industriële sectoren. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar productie, engineering en automatisatie nauw samenwerken aan veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare processen.

Als Automation & Controls Engineer versterk je een automatisatieteam dat van 2 naar 3 personen groeit om het spuitgietproces verder te optimaliseren. Je combineert programmatie, troubleshooting en projectopvolging met technische ondersteuning op de werkvloer.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als automatisatie-ingenieur ontwerp, bouw en verbeter je automatiseringssystemen voor machines binnen de productieomgeving
  • Vanuit jouw kennis van controls werk je mee aan robot- en visionsystemen, van programmatie en installatie tot testing en validatie
  • Je volgt de prestaties van geïnstalleerde systemen op en zoekt naar manieren om output, productiviteit en betrouwbaarheid verder te verhogen
  • Samen met onderhoud, productie, engineering en kwaliteit ondersteun je technische vraagstukken en werk je verbeteringen uit rond veiligheid, efficiëntie en afvalreductie
  • Daarnaast beheer je projectdocumentatie, volg je technische aanpassingen nauwkeurig op en waak je mee over veiligheid en CE-conformiteit
  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Automatisering, Elektromechanica, Elektronica, Mechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Ervaring binnen industriële automatisering is mooi meegenomen, maar ook junior profielen met sterke interesse in automatisatie, robotica en productie komen in aanmerking
  • Je hebt voeling met PLC-programmatie, robotica en camerasystemen; ervaring met elektrische of pneumatische schema’s is mooi meegenomen
