In deze hybride functie krijg je de kans om als Business Controller in Utrecht mee te bouwen aan verdere groei, professionalisering en optimalisatie van de financiële functie. Onze klant is een landelijke organisatie met meerdere vestigingen in Nederland en een duidelijke groeistrategie, onder andere via uitbreiding van bestaande activiteiten, nieuwe locaties en strategische investeringen. Vanuit Utrecht werk je in een ondernemende omgeving waar verandering de norm is en waar jouw inzichten als Business Controller van grote waarde zijn. Deze rol is hybride ingericht, waarbij je drie dagen per week op kantoor werkt in Utrecht . Taken en verantwoordelijkheden van de Business Controller in Utrecht Als Business Controller in Utrecht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inzichtelijk maken van financiële en operationele prestaties en ondersteun je het management bij het nemen van goed onderbouwde beslissingen. Daarnaast zorg je voor betrouwbare rapportages en draag je bij aan een solide financiële basis binnen de organisatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - analyseren van financiële en operationele resultaten en deze vertalen naar heldere inzichten; - opstellen van rapportages voor management, investeerders en financiers; - monitoren en analyseren van CAPEX-budgetten voor bestaande en nieuwe locaties; - controleren van balansrekeningen en overige financiële gegevens; - bewaken van compliance en rapportagevereisten richting financiers; - samenwerken met een extern accountantskantoor; - bijdragen aan het geleidelijk intern onderbrengen va...
