Als Manager draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige dagelijkse werking van de locatie. Je stuurt het team aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat alle operationele processen en partners vlot samenwerken.

  • Opstellen en beheren van de personeelsplanning
  • Coördineren van front office, housekeeping en maintenance
  • Opvolgen van gasttevredenheid, reviews en klachten
  • Bewaken van procedures, service- en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers en externe partners
  • Controleren van kamers, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en infrastructuur
  • Signaleren en structureel oplossen van operationele knelpunten
  • Opvolgen van technische problemen, onderhoud en herstellingen
  • Beheren en rapporteren van operationele en personeelsgegevens
  • Vertalen van beslissingen naar concrete acties en werkafspraken
  • Rapporteren aan het management en formuleren van verbetervoorstellen

We zoeken een ervaren en people-minded hospitalitymanager die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en tegelijk dicht bij het team en de dagelijkse werking staat. Iemand die structuur brengt, snel schakelt en met een sterke helikopterview zorgt dat de locatie en het team optimaal functioneren.

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende hospitalityfunctie
  • Sterk in peoplemanagement, coaching en feedback
  • Ervaring met planning en personeelsopvolging
  • Sterk organisatorisch en gestructureerd
  • Een echte hands-on mentaliteit, gecombineerd met een helikopterview
  • Besluitvaardig en verantwoordelijk
  • Sterk in communicatie en samenwerking
  • Klantgericht, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Vlot met digitale systemen en hotelsoftware
  • Analytisch en sterk in rapportering en opvolging
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Bereid om zichtbaar aanwezig te zijn op de werkvloer
