Jr Productie Support Engineer Sinds 1921 leveren en produceren we hoogwaardige meet- en regelapparatuur voor de industrie. Dat doen we natuurlijk niet alleen, want we hebben locaties over de hele wereld! Onze productielocatie in Dordrecht, Nederland is veruit het grootst. Met ca. 600 professionals doorlopen we hier alle stadia van de ontwikkeling van een flowmeter. Bij ons zie je direct het resultaat van je eigen inspanning! Wat ga je doen? Wil jij techniek combineren met probleemoplossing en procesverbetering? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als Jr. Productie Support Engineer zorg je ervoor dat onze productie soepel blijft draaien. Je ondersteunt de productieafdelingen bij technische uitdagingen en werkt mee aan slimme verbeteringen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene keer los je een storing op, de andere keer ontwerp je een nieuw hulpmiddel voor de productie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oplossen van technische vraagstukken vanuit de productie; - Analyseren van problemen en bedenken van praktische oplossingen; - Ontwerpen van hulpmiddelen en productietools in SolidWorks; - Uitwerken van technische ideeën naar werkbare oplossingen; - Maken van werkinstructies voor collega's in de productie; - Samenwerken met onder andere Quality, Facility Management en productie; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en externe partijen; - Begeleiden van projecten van ontwerp tot ingebruikname; - Onderhouden en optimaliseren van onze spoelwikkelmachines. Je bent regelmatig op de productievloer te vinden. Daar werk je samen met operators en collega's om verbeteringen door te voeren en uitdagingen op te lossen Waarom is deze functie interessant?
