Als Jr. Projectleider Infra ben jij de spil tussen kantoor en uitvoering. Je begeleidt projecten van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders die jou begeleiden in je ontwikkeling naar een zelfstandige rol. Dit is een uitgelezen kans om te leren van de beste professionals in het vak en jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige projectleider. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van diverse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt onderaannemers aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en zorg je voor heldere communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en innovaties binnen projecten. De doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn uitstekend. Je start als Jr. Projectleider en groeit door naar een volwaardige Projectleider functie. Vervolgens kun je doorgroeien naar Senior Projectleider of zelfs Projectmanager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor grotere en complexere projecten. Het bedrijf investeert actief in jouw ontwikkeling door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en coaching on the job. Jouw taken in deze functie: - Coördineren en aansturen van werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit van projecten; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers; - Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitseisen; - Opstellen van rapportages en voortgangsverslagen; - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en innovaties; - Samenwerken met ervaren projectleiders en andere disciplines.
