Als Junior Projectleider GWW ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van diverse civiele projecten. Je coördineert het volledige projectproces, van voorbereiding en uitvoering tot en met de oplevering. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders en stuurt een team van uitvoerders en onderaannemers aan. Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en technisch inzicht worden projecten binnen planning en budget gerealiseerd. Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar steeds complexere projecten. Onder begeleiding van ervaren Senior Projectleiders ontwikkel je je verder in projectmanagement, contractbeheer en klantrelaties. Na enkele jaren kun je doorstromen naar een rol als volledig zelfstandig Projectleider of je specialiseren in bepaalde typen infrastructuurprojecten. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Het coördineren en aansturen van civiele infrastructuurprojecten zoals wegenbouw, riolering en kunstwerken; - Het bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit binnen jouw projecten; - Het aansturen van uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het bijwonen en leiden van bouwvergaderingen met opdrachtgevers en partners; - Het signaleren en behandelen van meer- en minderwerk; - Het opstellen van werkplannen, risicoanalyses en voortgangsrapportages; - Het borgen van veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen jouw projecten.
