Als Jr. Projectleider GWW ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw projecten en zorg je ervoor dat deze volgens planning, binnen budget en conform de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders, uitvoerders, calculatoren en werkvoorbereiders, waardoor je continu leert en jezelf verder ontwikkelt. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige proces, van voorbereiding tot oplevering, en krijgt de ruimte om eigen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Deze functie biedt je de perfecte combinatie tussen hands-on betrokkenheid bij de uitvoering en het ontwikkelen van leidinggevende vaardigheden. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Coördineren en aansturen van civieltechnische projecten in de GWW-sector; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele project; - Fungeren als schakel tussen opdrachtgever, onderaannemers en het interne team; - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen en voortgangsrapportages; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief voorstellen van oplossingen; - Bijdragen aan de werkvoorbereiding en calculatie van nieuwe projecten.

Binnen deze rol krijg je volop kansen om jezelf te ontwikkelen richting een volwaardige projectleidersrol. De organisatie investeert actief in je groei door middel van opleidingen, coaching en begeleiding door ervaren projectleiders. Je kunt doorgroeien naar Projectleider GWW, Senior Projectleider of zelfs Projectmanager, afhankelijk van jouw ambities en ontwikkeling. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke disciplines zoals kunstwerken, wegenbouw of riolering.
