Als Jr. Projectleider Infra ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de uitvoering van diverse infrastructurele projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectleiders en krijgt de kans om je leidinggevende vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van projecten, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlotte en veilige uitvoering binnen de gestelde planning en het budget. Je schakelt tussen de bouwplaats en het kantoor en bent het verbindende element tussen uitvoerders, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en interne afdelingen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de voorbereiding van nieuwe projecten en denk je mee over optimalisaties in de werkprocessen. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om te groeien en je te ontwikkelen tot een volwaardige projectleider. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's die hun kennis en ervaring graag met je delen. Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig: na enkele jaren kun je doorstromen naar de functie van Projectleider of zelfs Senior Projectleider, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor grotere en complexere projecten. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke disciplines zoals waterbouw, wegenbouw of duurzame infrastructuur. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Coördineren en aansturen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor uitvoerders, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften; - Bijdragen aan de voorbereiding en calculatie van nieuwe projecten; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en hierop proactief handelen; - Rapporteren over de voortgang aan de projectleider en directie.
