Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung bei der Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen

* Vorbereitung von Zutaten und Mise en Place

* Mitarbeit bei der Menüplanung und Speisenausgabe

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

* Reinigung und Pflege von Küchenarbeitsplätzen und Geräten

* Unterstützung des gesamten Küchenteams im täglichen Ablauf

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin oder erste Erfahrung in der Gastronomie von Vorteil

* Freude am Kochen und an hochwertigen Lebensmitteln

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

Arbeitszeiten

* in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit nach Vereinbarung
