Als Familienbetrieb in 3. Generation machen wir unseren Beruf zur Berufung. Unser größtes Anliegen ist es, Persönlichkeit, Herzlichkeit, österreichische Tradition und eine angenehme Atmosphäre zu vermitteln. Auch auf unsere Küche legen wir sehr großen Wert. Wir verwenden ausschließlich heimische Produkte von unseren umliegenden Biobauern aus der "Pinzgauer Region". Wir suchen: 1 Jungkoch/-köchin Arbeitsbeginn Anfang Dezember.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei der täglichen Zubereitung von Speisen

* Vorbereitung des Arbeitsplatzes (Mise en Place)

* Einhaltung der HACCP-Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Fachgerechte Lagerung und Kontrolle der Lebensmittel

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* Deutsch oder Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Leidenschaft fürs Kochen

Wir bieten:
