Wir arbeiten mit einer kleinen, klaren Karte, hochwertigen Produkten und einem starken Fokus auf Qualität und Struktur. Die kosTbar ist eine Fusion aus modernem Buschenschank & Weinbar im 6. Bezirk in Wien, inspiriert von und mit Produkten aus der Südoststeiermark. Wir verbinden österreichische Küche mit urbanem Flair: ehrliche, handgemachte Speisen, gute Weine und gemütliche Atmosphäre, die - aus unserem kleinen integrierten Shop - auch mit nach Hause genommen werden können.

Wir suchen ab August 1 Jungkoch/-köchin, der/die wirklich kochen kann und Verantwortung übernimmt Wichtig: Du bist in der Lage deinen Dienst selbstständig zu führen und behältst auch allein den Überblick.

Arbeitsort: 1060 Wien

Arbeitsausmaß: Teilzeit 20 Wochenstunden

Arbeitszeit: Innerhalb unserer Öffnungszeiten

Dienstag bis Donnerstag von 17.00-23.00 Uhr &

Freitag bis Samstag von 17.00-24.00 Uhr

Deine Aufgaben:

- Zubereitung und Anrichten unserer bodenständigen Speisen (ausgewählte Karte)

- Einbringen bei der Erstellung der Speisekarte

- Warenkontrolle und -berechnung

- Einhaltung von HACCP-Richtlinien

Was uns wichtig ist:

- Erfahrung in der österreichischen Küche

- Leidenschaft bei der Arbeit und Kreativität

- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
